How Our Club Runs Work
A mix of social, structured and community-led runs designed to support every stage of your journey.
Weekly
Social Runs
Relaxed, inclusive trail runs (typically 6–10km), focused on community, conversation and enjoying the trails, with chance to socialise afterwards.
Weekly
Coached Sessions
​Structured sessions including hills, tempo, night running and technique — designed to help you build confidence and improve.
Weekly
Long Runs
Steady trail runs at the weekend (16–20km+) to build endurance and prepare for bigger goals and race distances. Suitable for all paces.
Monthly
Runaround Kent
Our free monthly 10 mile community run - open to everyone and in different locations. The perfect way to try the club before you commit.
These sessions form the core of the club and are part of our Trail and Ultra memberships.
Community members can stay connected and join our monthly Runaround Kent runs - but if you want to run with us each week, that's what the Trail and Ultra memberships are for.
When & where we run
We run multiple times each week, with a consistent schedule designed to help you build routine, stay accountable and make progress — all within a supportive community.

Weekly Schedule

Tuesday Evenings ( 18:30pm) - Coached Session (~60mins)

Wednesday Morning (07:30am) - Early morning social run (~60mins)

Thursday Evening (18:30pm) - Main club night (~60mins run + optional socialise after)

Sunday Morning (08:00am) - Long run (~120mins, different locations)

Locations
Our core hub is based in Mid Kent, in close proximity to Maidstone and Rochester, with all midweek runs starting from fixed locations.
​
Weekend long runs take place at different locations across Kent, giving you the opportunity to explore a variety of trails.
​
As the club grows, we’ll expand into additional areas through satellite clubs, giving more runners the opportunity to train closer to home while staying connected to the Embrace Ultra community.

Member Access
Full details including meeting points, routes and weekly updates are shared directly with Trail & Ultra Members via our booking system and member hub.

All runs with the exception of Runaround Kent are for Trail & Ultra Members only and must be booked in advance.
