How to Return or Exchange an Item

   You can return any item within 28 days of receiving your order.

     • Name

     • Email address

     • Return address (if you’re requesting an exchange)

   • Clear instructions on whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after we receive your return.

• We’ll email you to confirm when the refund has been processed or to let you know about your exchange.

Return Shipping

• You’ll need to cover the cost of sending the item back to us.

• For peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked or insured service.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition unless faulty. This means:

• Unworn (apart from trying on)

• Unused

• Unwashed

• With tags still attached

• In the original packaging
