Frequently Asked Questions

A few things you might be wondering

Which membership should I choose?

If you’re not sure, start simple.

  • Community (free) is a great way to stay connected and join occasional runs

  • Trail (£10) is ideal if you want to run regularly and be part of the club

  • Ultra (£15) is for those who want a bit more support, structure and progression

You can always upgrade later.

Can I change or upgrade my membership?

Yes — you can upgrade or change your membership at any time.

Many members start with Trail and move to Ultra once they want a bit more structure and support.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No - Membership is monthly, so you’re not tied into anything long-term.

Stay for as long as it works for you.

What's the difference between Trail and Ultra membership?

Trail is about showing up regularly and running with others.

Ultra builds on that by adding:

  • weekly coached sessions

  • extra guidance and support

  • monthly coaching webinars

  • greater access to partner discounts

It’s the next step if you want to improve or work towards a goal.

Is the membership worth it if i can't attend every week?

Absolutely. There’s no expectation to attend every run. Most members come when they can and the value comes from having something consistent to return to. Membership is far bigger than the runs themselves.

What happens if I join and its not for me?

No worries at all - you can cancel at any time or drop back to the free community. There's no pressure. Just come along and see how it feels.

Do i need to be training for a race or an experienced ultra runner to join?

Not at all. The club is for anyone who is keen to run on the trails, be part of a community of like-minded people or train for bigger things. Everyone is welcome.

When does my membership start?

Your membership starts as soon as you sign up. You can join the runs and enjoy the benefits immediately.
