By accessing our website or participating in any Embrace Ultra Ltd activities, including but not limited to ultra marathon events, coaching, workshops, training programmes, or merchandise purchases (collectively referred to as "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Our Services
1.1 Embrace Ultra Ltd organises ultra marathon events and provides related services, including trail running coaching, guided group runs, training resources, educational workshops, and branded merchandise.
1.2 All Services are subject to availability and specific terms applicable to that Service (e.g., race entry terms or event-specific rules).
1.3 Use of any Embrace Ultra Ltd Service constitutes agreement to these Terms and any additional applicable service-specific terms.
2. Event Participation and Registration
2.1 Participation in any Embrace Ultra Ltd ultra marathon event is subject to separate Race Terms and Conditions, which are made available during the registration process. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Race Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail for race-related matters.
2.2 Participants must be at least twenty (20) years old on the date of the event.
2.3 All race entries must be submitted via our website or a third-party authorised booking platform.
2.4 Registration for coaching or other training services may require completion of a health declaration or consent form.
3. Refunds, Transfers, and Cancellations
3.1 Race entries, transfers, and deferrals are governed by the specific Race Terms and Conditions.
3.2 Coaching and other training services may be subject to a separate cancellation and refund policy, provided at the time of booking.
3.3 Merchandise purchases made via our website are governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt unless the product is bespoke or has been used.
4. Safety, Conduct, and Participation Standards
4.1 All participants must follow safety instructions and conduct themselves respectfully during any Embrace Ultra Ltd activity.
4.2 We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, harassment, or unsafe behaviour directed at our staff, volunteers, other participants, or members of the public.
4.3 The use of drugs or alcohol before or during our events or training activities is strictly prohibited.
4.4 We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove individuals for non-compliance with these terms.
5. Liability and Risk
5.1 Participation in ultra marathon events and physical training carries inherent risks, including injury or death.
5.2 By engaging with our Services, you acknowledge these risks and agree to assume full responsibility for your participation.
5.3 You agree to release and hold harmless Embrace Ultra Ltd, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability arising from your use of our Services, except in cases of negligence.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on the Embrace Ultra Ltd website, including text, logos, graphics, and multimedia, is the intellectual property of Embrace Ultra Ltd or its licensors.
