At Embrace Ultra, we offer a range of exclusive branded apparel, including hoodies, t-shirts and finisher tees designed especially for our ultra marathon community. Our gear combines comfort and style, perfect for both your training sessions and post-run casual wear.

Orders & Returns

Delivery Information

All Embrace Ultra merchandise orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery. We aim to deliver within 2–3 working days (including Saturdays where applicable). Delivery is tracked where possible. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Embrace Ultra gear. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how returns work:

Unwanted Items (Change of Mind)

You have the right to cancel and return unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order (as per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags/labels attached and in original packaging.

  • Return postage is your responsibility (we recommend using tracked/signed-for service).

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process a full refund (excluding original delivery costs) within 14 days.

  • Sale or personalised items may be non-returnable — check product page for details.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act.

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery for faulty goods (full refund possible in first 30 days).

  • For issues after 30 days (up to 6 months), we may offer repair/replacement first.

  • Return postage will be refunded if the item is proven faulty/not as described.

  • Please include photos of the issue and your order number when contacting us.

How to Return

  1. Email info@embraceultra.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if faulty).

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging.

  3. Send via Royal Mail (tracked recommended) to: Embrace Ultra Ltd, 27 Barling Close, Chatham, Kent, ME59RL.

  4. Keep proof of postage — we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Hygiene-sealed items (if opened).

  • Personalised/custom merchandise (unless faulty).

  • Sale/final clearance items (check product page).

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. We do not refund original postage unless the return is due to our error (faulty/incorrect item).
