Triple Trail Races 2026 – Entrant Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

 

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Triple Trail Races 2026 Entrant Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”), promoted by Embrace Ultra Ltd (the “Promoter”).

 

By participating in the Prize Draw, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Eligibility

 

The Prize Draw is open to all eligible entrants holding a valid paid entry for the Triple Trail Races 2026, taking place on Saturday 19 September 2026.

 

Eligible race distances are:

• Triple Trail 25km

• Triple Trail 50km

• Triple Trail 100km

 

Entrants who purchased their race entry before the Prize Draw was announced are automatically included.

 

Anyone purchasing a valid race entry after the Prize Draw is announced and before entries close will also be automatically included.

 

There is no additional charge to participate in the Prize Draw and the price of a Triple Trail race entry has not been increased or otherwise changed as a result of this promotion.

 

Each eligible race entrant will receive one entry into the Prize Draw, regardless of when their race entry was purchased.

 

Employees of Embrace Ultra Ltd and members of their immediate household are not eligible to win.

 

2. Promotional Period

 

The Prize Draw promotion opens on Friday 28 August 2026.

 

Triple Trail race entries close at 23:59 BST on Saturday 5 September 2026, or earlier if the relevant race distance reaches its entry limit.

 

Anyone holding a valid eligible race entry when entries close will be included in the Prize Draw, including entrants who purchased their race entry before 28 August 2026.

 

No purchase made after race entries have closed will qualify.

 

3. The Prizes

 

There are three prizes and three separate winners.

 

• Prize 1 – Triple Trail 2026 Race Entry Fee Refund

One winner will receive a refund of the race entry fee they paid for their Triple Trail Races 2026 entry.

 

The refund applies to the race entry fee only and does not include booking fees, camping, transport, merchandise, additional purchases or any other associated costs.

 

The refund will be made using a method determined by the Promoter.

 

• Prize 2 – Free Embrace Ultra Race Entry in 2027

One winner will receive one complimentary individual race entry to an Embrace Ultra-organised race taking place during 2027.

 

The prize is subject to:

• availability at the chosen event;

• the winner satisfying any age, qualification, mandatory experience or other eligibility requirements applicable to the chosen race;

• the chosen race still accepting entries when the winner requests their place.

The prize covers the race entry only. Travel, accommodation, camping, merchandise and other optional extras are not included.

 

The prize has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred or sold to another person.

 

The complimentary entry must be redeemed against an eligible Embrace Ultra event taking place during 2027 and cannot be carried forward to a later year.

 

Prize 3 – Embrace Ultra × Attain Performance Cap

One winner will receive one Embrace Ultra × Attain Performance Cap.

 

The prize has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for another product.

 

4. Winner Selection

 

Three different winners will be selected at random from all eligible entrants following the closure of Triple Trail Races 2026 entries.

 

Winners will be selected using a verifiably random process.

 

The prizes will be allocated in the following order:

1. Triple Trail 2026 race entry fee refund

2. Free Embrace Ultra race entry in 2027

3. Embrace Ultra × Attain Performance Cap

 

Once an entrant has been selected as a winner, they will be removed from the pool before the next winner is selected. Therefore, one person cannot win more than one prize.

 

The draw will take place after entries close and no later than Monday 7 September 2026.

 

5. Winner Notification

 

Winners will be contacted using the contact details associated with their Triple Trail Races 2026 entry.

 

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner.

 

Winners must respond within 7 days of being notified.

 

If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible or is unable to accept their prize in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner at random from the remaining eligible entrants.

 

Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the contact information associated with their race entry is accurate.

 

6. Withdrawals, Transfers and Deferrals

 

To remain eligible for the Prize Draw, an entrant must hold a valid Triple Trail Races 2026 race entry at the time entries close.

 

Where an entrant has withdrawn and received a refund, transferred their entry to another person or deferred their entry before the closing time, they will no longer be eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.

 

Where an entry has been officially transferred to another participant before the closing time, the person who holds the valid race entry at the closing time will be eligible for the Prize Draw.

 

7. Winner Information

 

The Promoter may publish or otherwise make available information sufficient to demonstrate that valid prizes have been awarded.

 

This may include the surname and county of the prize winners, where required under applicable promotional marketing rules.

 

Winners may object to their information being published or request that the amount of information published is reduced by contacting Embrace Ultra.

 

Where required, the Promoter may nevertheless provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

 

Any additional photographs, interviews, social media features or promotional content involving a winner will be handled separately and, where appropriate, with the winner's agreement

 

.8. Personal Data

 

Personal information will be used as necessary to administer the Prize Draw, verify eligibility, select and contact winners and provide the prizes.

 

Participation in the Prize Draw does not constitute consent to receive additional marketing communications.

 

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Embrace Ultra's Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection legislation.

 

9. General Conditions

 

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

 

The prizes are as described and, except where expressly stated, there is no cash alternative.

 

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

 

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant where it has reasonable grounds to believe there has been fraud, abuse, manipulation of the Prize Draw or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

 

If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control make it necessary to amend, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw, the Promoter will only do so where reasonably necessary and will seek to avoid causing undue disappointment or disadvantage to participants.

 

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

 

The Promoter's decisions regarding the administration of the Prize Draw are final, subject to applicable law.
