About the event
Hills & Drills is our dedicated coached session focused on developing strength, endurance and technique on the trails.
Taking place in a supportive group environment, this session uses structured hill-based workouts and drills to help you become more efficient, confident and resilient when running on varied terrain.
Sessions are adaptable for all abilities, with guidance throughout so you can work at an effort level that suits you. Please aim to arrive 15 mins before the start of the session to allow for check in and pre-session briefing.
